Job Description

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Export Administrator to join their company on a permanent basis.Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 8am-4.30pmFriday-8am-2pmSalary: 22,000-27,000 per annum DOEDuties:

Preparation and processing all aspects of export documentation (from order through to shipment)

Filling in certificates of origin, EUR1 and completing CMRS

Liaising with production and purchasing to schedule production and delivery

Dealing with queries from customers, salesmen and agents

Negotiation of freight rates

Planning and implementing transport activities in a cost efficient manner

In order for your application to be considered, we are looking for the below attributes:

At least 3 years experience in a similar role

Familiarity with export law

Experience dealing with documentary letters of credit

Previous experience managing staff would be an advantage

Proficient in the use of MS Access database, Excel and Outlook

The ability to learn new processes quickly

High attention to detail

Ability to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines

Be an enthusiastic individual with the capability of communicating effective at all levels
