4on 4off Night Shift, 7.00PM to 7.00AM£23,690 per yearRole SummaryWe are looking for a transport clerk to help the team manage the operation on a day-to-day basis, where you will be tracking deliveries, booking in drivers, dealing with general administration and managing our customers. Transport experience is essential.Responsibilities and Objectives

To ensure that the despatching/loading module is kept up to date in accordance with the site processes
Efficiently and accurately dispatch deliveries with any relevant delivery paperwork or other required information
To utilise customer systems to update despatch or delivery information where required
Monitor the return of empty equipment from deliveries
Directing drivers to the correct locations on arrival at site as required
Monitor the service board to make sure the correct week number is on the correct trailer for depot trailers

Skills required:

Good level of IT and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
Excellent level of communication with the ability to read and understand instructions
Positive attitude
Good attention to detail and accuracy
