At CEVA, we are passionate about our work and the value we deliver to our customers and as a company, we are growing at a fast pace - do you Dare to Grow with us YOUR ROLEOur operation in DIRFT, Daventry has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Administration Manager who will provide onsite support for all CEVA administration including payroll, purchasing and reporting.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DOReporting to the General Manager you will provide onsite support, ensuring the effective and efficient co-ordination of all site admin procedures, produce weekly and monthly statistical reports as required by contract management and central functions. You will liaise with the client and central functions teams in order to collate necessary information to enable timely billing and invoicing of the clients weekly and monthly activities. You will maintain on-site personnel records to the required standards, undertake all administrative processes, including payroll, purchase ledger, agency records and processing employee paperwork through HR, ensuring all processes are completed in a timely manner and in line with company policies and procedures.You will manage an administrative clerk and drive best practice in order to achieve customer service and operational excellence and ensure any absence or capability and conduct issues are managed in line with company policies and procedures.You will investigate service failures and ensure that appropriate remedial actions are put in place and maintain an optimal level of operational efficiency and resources at all times, ensuring operational procedures and processes meet quality requirements, driving performance improvements through auditing processes and robust reporting mechanisms.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOROur ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration management ideally within a fast-paced 3PL logistics operation.You will be IT proficient able to use various systems and MS packages, possess demonstrable experience of cost control, organisational and problem solving skills, as well as strong collaborative skills with a mind-set that looks to create a high performance culture.It would be preferable, but not essential if you have proven experience of working within an operational finance or HR role.WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFERWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
