Reed is looking to recruit a Regional Business Development Executive for a successful, well established family run service and maintenance provider with over 120 years in the industry customer satisfaction at their heart. The role itself requires an enthusiastic,self-motivated go getter to join part of the sales team. With full support and training from the get-go you will be equipped to hit the ground running.For this field-based role, you will be responsible for the management and retention of existing business and delivery of new sales growth within the Northwest of England and, as such, will require focus on both revenue and profit generation.Employee Duties & Responsibilities Field-based roleresponsible for targeting a diverse portfolio of clients throughout many different industry areas Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload and be target and profit driven Comfortable selling to all levels, from shop floor to board room, and able to adjust your sales approach accordingly Proven ability in new business sales, account/relationship management and business retention Confident in delivering presentations, managing client meetings and closing dealsAbilities Proactive, driven, commercial sales professional with a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals A good communicator Able to use own initiative and determination to maximise revenue and deliver profit Previous business to business sales, we will provide industry specific training Excellent IT skills, including all main MS Office applications Professional, numerate and excellent attention to detailBenefits To work within a friendly, family organisation with over 120 years of industry experience A great opportunity to work within the recycling & waste management industry 33 days annual leave inclusive of statutory holidays £30K per annum basic salary Company Car Laptop & mobile phone Bonus to be discussed based on personal & company performance to be paid annually Pension scheme that exceeds minimum statutory requirements employer pays up to 6%Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSchedule: 39 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.00pmLicence/Certification: Driving License (required)You may be required to work outside of normal office hours as indicated by the need of the clients and the business
