Team Leader - Nights (Learning Disabilities, 12 month FTC) Dartington, DevonSalary scale: £27,331.20 - £30,284.80 per annum (inclusive of night premium)Working hours: Full-time (40hrs) - maternity cover - fixed-term contract for 12 monthsWe are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our clients night team at their 10 bed Residential & Respite Home.About the RoleOur clients Team Leaders assist and support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in providing effective day-to-day management of their provision by delivering the very best short breaks and residential services for children and young people with learningdisabilities and/or complex needs.Children and young people with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything our client does, and they want every person they support to have a great life, with excellent outcomes. As part of that, you will be joining a team of staffwho are committed to looking after the children and young people who both live and visit the residential and respite setting.About Our ClientOur client provides high-quality short breaks and residential care, community-based programmes and specialist further education to children, young people and adults with learning disabilities.
