Team Leader (Days or Nights)Shinners Bridge, Dartington, DevonSalary scale: £11.43 - £12.91 per hour (plus a £2.15 per hour night premium where applicable)Our client is looking to recruit Team Leaders to join their team at their 10 bed Residential & Respite Home.About the RoleOur clients Team Leaders assist and support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in providing effective day-to-day management of their residential home provision by delivering the very best short breaks and residential services for children and youngpeople with learning disabilities and/or complex needs.Children and young people with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything they do, and they want every person they support to have a great life, with excellent outcomes. As part of that, you will be joining their team of staff whoare committed to looking after the children and young people who both live and visit their residential and respite setting.About The OrganisationBased in South Devon, our client provides high-quality short breaks and residential care, community-based programmes and specialist further education to children, young people and adults with learning disabilities.
