This is an excellent chance for you to join us on our journey to Cloud Native, as well as to come in and build good habits, clean code, and SOLID products. At the end of ityoull have helped deliver a brand-new application consisting of modern architecture using cutting edge technologies.Youll be a critical member of our friendly team, bringing your technical focus to drive through quality standards. Theres no direct line management responsibilities in this role but youll mentor a team of seasoned developers, focussing on our successful Northgate and VanMonster businesses.The solutions we provide are used by many household names which make use of fleets of vehicles. Our applications are totally bespoke and based on the Microsoft stack (.Net, .Net core, C#). This role will provide many technical challenges as well as supportingsignificant business growth. Theres plenty of scope to get involved in other business areas and projects long-term to support your development.What will you do

  • As our Senior Developer you will be responsible for mentoring, developing and coaching our team
  • Youll share knowledge about internal business systems and software development concepts
  • You will utilise your high degree of expertise in analysis, programming, data access/retrieval and problem solving in a variety of scenarios
  • Working closely with our transformation teams you will support our Northgate & Van Monster businesses by ensuring development based on business needs.
  • Youll be able to offer your expertise in analysis, programming and problem solving to support and guide our team of developers at code level.

  • Youll be experienced in .Net (C#/ASP) development and have full-stack web-development experience using .NET Core, TypeScript & JavaScript, Entity Framework, HTML & CSS, XML, and MS SQL Server
  • Youre a technically accomplished Developer looking to become a Senior Developer or existing Senior Developer looking for a new challenge, with knowledge of a wide range of systems, applications and interfaces gained in high-tempo and critical technologyoperations.
  • Proven ability of analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of business application systems, including modular design.
  • Youll have strong interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator, able to engage with people at all levels across the business, building solid relationships.
