The OpportunityAs Risk Policy & Framework Lead you willOwn, develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Governance Framework (“the Framework”), Enterprise Risk Policy and related Directives and policies. This role will lead in delivering key enhancements to our Framework and assist Risk Business Partners by providing SME guidance, training and development support as the different parts of the Enterprise Risk Strategy are delivered over time Work with the Director of Enterprise Risk to define and deliver key elements of the Enterprise Risk Strategy to set the business up with a mature and enhanced approach to proactive and value-add risk management.Owns the delivery and implementation of various Policy and Framework work-streams within the Enterprise Risk Strategic Plan. This is done by providing thought leadership and ensuring production of high quality work to deliver timely, value-add outputs. Keywork-streams initially will include:
