Are you a meticulous and proactive professional with previous experience in property compliance/ facilities managementWe’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our growing Group Property team in our newly created role of Property Compliance Manager.Reporting into the Group Facilities Manager, you’ll lead the charge in maintaining the regulatory and statutory compliance across our portfolio of circa 200 properties, ensuring that planned preventative tasks are carried out as required and in line withinbudget.What’s in it for youSalary- Up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience.Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service.
