Job Description

Are you a meticulous and proactive professional with previous experience in property compliance/ facilities managementWe’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our growing Group Property team in our newly created role of Property Compliance Manager.Reporting into the Group Facilities Manager, you’ll lead the charge in maintaining the regulatory and statutory compliance across our portfolio of circa 200 properties, ensuring that planned preventative tasks are carried out as required and in line withinbudget.What’s in it for youSalary- Up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience.Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service.   • First and foremost, you have demonstratable experience in property compliance/facilities management, or a related role.
  • You have good working knowledge of building maintenance/CAFM systems.
  • You possess meticulous attention to detail with the ability to track data effectively and report on property data accurately.
  • You’re self-motivated, capable of managing multiple tasks, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • You’re able to adhere to deadlines and effectively reprioritise tasks when required.
  • You’re tech savvy, with good computer knowledge and proficiency Microsoft programmes including Excel.
