Role: Pensions Contact Centre Advisor Location:11B Lingfield Point, Darlington, County Durham, DL1 1AXJob Type: Full Time, Fixed Term ContractHours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, rota hours between 8:30am & 6pmSalary: £16,500 per annum Start Date: 16th MarchSuccessful candidates will be subject to a criminal, financial and journalism background check.Pensions Customer Service AdvisorAt Capita Customer Management, were looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Pensions team who will be based at our Darlington contact centre.What does being in the Pensions team meanOur Pensions team take incoming calls from a wide range of customers regarding their pensions. So you could be helping with password resets or issuing P60s, passing on information about pension rights, or talking to the partner of a pension holder that has passed away. Thats right, its a wide variety of calls, and every single one is different, so its never a boring day here.So, what can I expect as a Pensions CustomerService AdvisorGood question. Your role will be hugely important, because youll be responsible for customer case management of a wide range of queries that need answering quickly and first time round. A curious mind works well here because, as you can imagine, theres a lot to learn and pensions have a lot of details, particulars and specifics. Working with your team, in a typical day, youll deal with around 40-45 calls.Your training will be a combination of classroom training and on the floor practical application to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to be able to handle every call efficiently.
