Job Description

Redde Northgate Plc is the leading integrated mobility solutions platform providing services across the vehicle lifecycle. The Company offers integrated mobility solutions to businesses, fleet operators, insurers, OEMs, and other customers across six keyareas: vehicle rental, vehicle disposal, vehicle ancillary services, repairs, accident management, and vehicle data.We are looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to join the Group who will ensure plans and activities in work reflect wider strategic priorities and communicate effectively with senior leaders to influence future strategies. You must activelybuild and maintain a network of colleagues and contacts to achieve progress on shared objectives.About the RoleYou will drive forward information security culture, controls, and processes, and information risk framework group-wide and lead and manage the Information Security capability to provide the group with appropriate policies, standards, and guidance. To actas a key member of second-line support for security-related processes including risk.What you have to doProvide leadership, vision, and direction to the wider stakeholders in all aspects regarding security, governance, risk, and complianceAssessing, approving, and advising on all Information Security assurance and security mattersAdvise on Information Security best practices and standardsPartner with senior stakeholders to drive effective management of cyber and information security, risk and compliance with policies, and applicable regulatory requirementsImprove the security control environment and lessen risk within the businessLead scheduled audits and factor in ad-hoc audits across the groupDeliver effective risk identification, assessment, risk response, mitigation and control monitoring, and reporting outcomesAdvise Head of IT GRC on Information Security matters and provide practical recommendations to ensure security and risks are appropriately managedProvide ongoing guidance and consultation to the organization to promote a progressive and sustainable Cyber Security programReporting on the status of information security throughout the organisationUnderstand the IT security threat landscape for the industryProvide guidance with regards Information Security to Policy & Training LeadMentor security team membersActively involved in the selection of security productsConduct electronic discovery and digital forensic investigationsSchedule and conduct Group-wide vulnerability scanning and penetration testingConduct phishing exercises across the GroupTo be successful in this role you needIdeally CISSP, CISA qualified with experience in a PCI DSS environment (QSA is a plus)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must to be able to present your ideas in a clear, and concise wayProven experience in managing Information Security across a large groupAbility to prioritise work and design schedules to meet the desired requirementsAbility to work in demanding and pressurising timescalesShould be able to demonstrate a positive, logical, and proactive approach while executing the assigned tasksAble to work collaboratively with other team members as well as should be able to work independently with minimum supervisionExcellent organizational and time management skills are a mustDemonstrable experience of working in an operational security services function ideally within a large and complex business groupBe a self-starter, be able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks and work well under pressure with limited supervision both individually and at times, with other team members.You will enjoy some fantastic benefits too.
