Job Description

DARLINGTON (Ref 498)Permanent up to £23k + benefits, 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays!After a new career in HR working for a variety of different clientsWe are delighted to be working with our client to grow their HR team, providing a great opportunity within this successful business.The role of HR Administrator is to support the professional and robust HR Service to a range of business functions:

  • Answering calls for customer enquirys, ensuring the client is passed onto the correct person for resolution.
  • Managing incoming tasks in a timely manner ensuring that all issues are responded to within service level agreements and are assigned to the correct person.
  • To assist Business Partners and Advisors meet services levels.
  • Monitoring issues to ensure that they are completed and closed accurately.
  • Drafting HR documents and policies using predefined templates ready for sign off, these can include contracts, letters, documents, and handbooks.
  • Assist HR Business Partners and Advisors in their activities when required.
  • Complete research and fact finding when required on instructions from Business Partner and Advisors.
  • Maintaining accurate information on clients ensuring that the HR systems are kept up to date.
  • Assist in compliance and onboarding activities, chasing clients, scanning, uploading documents, completing spreadsheets.
  • Always comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Can work unsupervised and as part of a team, to proactively seek out work and where you can help others.
  • Be involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the company and clients
Experience needed:
  • Administration experience essential (HR preferably)
  • Great Customer service
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Strong with Microsoft word,excel.
