We are recruiting for an Admin Officer (Temporary) on a full-time basis to be based at Teesdale House office.Assignment: Until 31/01/24Rate of Pay: £11.47 per hourHours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8.30AM-4.20PM / 9AM-5PM) Location: Teesdale House, Darlington (DL1 4GQ)Working arrangements: Office BasedStart date: ASAPDefra group Property (DgP) is responsible for providing Property Management services to the Defra group across its corporate estate including office, depot and laboratory assets.This role is for an administration officer who will work with and across all aspects of the Facilities Management service delivery model as part of a team based at Teesdale house, Darlington. The role will sit within a Team that delivers specific outcomesfor customers and stakeholders or, within Delivery will also have specific responsibility for delivery of services and projects. The quality of services delivered to customers will be a key deliverable for the Facilities Management Teams and made transparentto our Customers and Stakeholders. Please note this role is based on site.This is a challenging role with priorities and tasks changing daily so the post holder will need to be highly motivated and able to organise their time/workload to achieve the outcomes required. They will also need to work well alone and also as part ofa team.What your primary duties can include:
