Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator - DaresburyOur client is a diversified organisation known for its innovative solutions across multiple industries. They have a reputation for adaptability and forward-thinking, offering a wide range of products and services tailored to its clients’ unique requirements.Due to increased demand, our client is searching for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to coordinate the receipt, vetting and end-to-end processing of customer orders to ensure all requirements are satisfied.This is a temporary role, based on the client’s current operational requirements, however the duration may be significantly longer.Customer Service Coordinator - Rewards

  • £13.74 per hour, 35 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • 1 Hour Lunch Break
Customer Service Coordinator - Duties
  • Order receipt by email, checking orders to ensure full information is provided by the customer and inputting onto processing system
  • Ensuring problems in meeting customer requirements are addressed and appropriate action is taken and, if necessary, communicating with the customer
  • To control the issue of and maintain an accurate record of Customs and Excise duty declarations using both a database and manual systems
  • To control the issue of and maintain an accurate record of material safety data sheets using a database system
  • Develop and maintain working relationships throughout the company to advise and provide information on customer service matters
  • Daily contact with customers, supply chain and commercial colleagues to discuss and resolve issues or difficulties
  • Provide translation support to customers and colleagues as an when required
  • Process and control the administration of customer orders prior to month end
Customer Service Coordinator - Requirements
  • Minimum GCSE in Maths and English, NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service desired
  • Working fluency in German desired
  • Experience of working in an office/sales environment
  • Experience of working in a supply chain environment
  • Experience processing requests for export documentation requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all types of personnel, internal and external third parties, particularly customers and suppliers
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Lotus Notes
  • High level of accuracy in written work and in record and data management
