Quantum Science LtdCommercialisation and Marketing ManagerLocation: Daresbury, WarringtonSalary: CompetitiveHours: Full timeContract Type: PermanentRole OverviewQuantum Science Ltd (QS) is seeking a Commercialisation and Marketing Manager (C&M Manager) to work with the team based in Daresbury, UK. Within this role, you will be working closely with the CEO, Technical Director and Business Development team to commercialiseand promote the Companys innovative technology to the global market.On the commercial side, the candidate will have a strong knowledge of the image sensor industry with excellent communication and sales skills. The C&M Manager will be an integral part of QS business development in Asia, Europe and the US, talking to largeMNCs and other key companies within the image sensor supply chain. The C&M Manager will be comfortable with negotiating sampling, material transfer and partnership deals with these key customers with the end goal of securing joint development agreements (JDA)and licensing deals.On the marketing side, the ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge in a broad set of marketing channels, preferably with experience of promoting a deep tech start up. They will have experience of PR, IR, social media, content marketing and ideallya working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.QS will consider supporting a work visa for exceptional overseas candidates.Company and Business OverviewQuantum Science is a leading material innovation company with strong portfolio of intellectual properties. • Work with the CEO to strategize commercialisation and marketing plan for QS products, in particular its INFIQ product range
• Working with CEO and BD Director to facilitate partnership and licensing deals with key industrial and research organisations
• Working with CEO and Chairman to support investor relations
• Coordinating day-to-day global business development activities in Asia, Europe and US markets including updating the business tracker and reporting to senior management on a weekly basis
• Managing internal and external relationships for marketing and promotion purposes including PR, IR, social media and digital
• Organise and attend events to increase brand awareness of QS and its product offerings - virtual for now but in person in the future
• Copywriting content for website, social media, investors and award submissions

Skills and Experience

• Comfortable talking and presenting to senior level and being able to clearly articulate the value proposition of QS and its products
• Strong grasp of image sensor market and the main players in the industry
• Strong copywriting skills to communicating technical content in an easily understandable and engaging way to multiple stakeholders
• Strong Powerpoint skills with an understanding of story flow and slide design

Good to have

• WordPress and Elementor knowledge for website
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and/or other design skills
• Additional language skills such as Japanese, Mandarin or other European languages
