Job Description

Job Title: Waiter/WaitressLocation: Cwmbran, WalesAre you passionate about delivering exceptional service with a smile Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment If so, we would love to hear from you about some new waiter/waitressing roles Berry Recruitment are working on.Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
