Showroom Sales ConsultantMarket Leading BrandFed up with retail hours, disillussioned with the sectorYour skill set is transferrable into Trade/DIY - this market is exploding right now.£22,000 - £25,000 basic + Monthly Bonus + Benefits + Other IncentivesHours: 40 per week (Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5pm / Saturday 8am - 12pm / Closed Sundays)Cwmbran, TorfaenInterviews happening ASAP!This is a fantastic opportunity for a showroom sales professional to join a UK wide leading merchant with a great track record and an exciting future.My client is one of the leading DIY / Trade companies in the UK and following another set of incredible results, they are now entering into another exciting period of growth which means there is an exciting opportunity for another talented sales professionalsto join their business to help meet increased demand.With over 350 depots, a new support centre and a distribution centre run by the best in the business, the depot teams provide quality products fast and with confidence to customers on the same day. Not only does this set them apart but it has helped thedepot teams become the foundation of their success.Finding the right person is so important therefore, we are looking for someone who can have a laugh with our fun and friendly team but can also focus on the job at hand by building relationships with customers in the local area and share your passion fordesign and outstanding service to convert leads into sales.A friendly and professional manner is needed when it comes to welcoming customers into the depot, developing rapport, understanding their needs and delivering world class service. Your ability to listen and understand the customers needs is essential asit will result in you offering advice and product recommendations, resulting in increased sales for the depot. Your enthusiasm and skills will close the sale and complete the project and, last but not least, your attention to detail and willingness to succeedwill ensure the customers are satisfied throughout the whole project through to completion.Your Skills & Unique AttributesYou must have previous sales experience working within retail, consultative sales, or a trade environment where you have developed your cusotmer service ethic whilst delivering a fantastic and memorable experience for the customer.You will be organised, have excellent communication and time management skills along with the drive and ambition to succeed.
