Experience Mechanical Engineer required £25,000 - £29,000 Monday to Friday 7am - 4:30pm (flexibility of hours essential as some shift work will be required at different sites)Are you a self-motivated Mechanical Engineerare you PASMA or IPAF certified to work at Height We have an exciting opportunity for a mechanical Engineer to join an engineering company on the outskirts of Cullompton, you will be assisting on plant machinery including food machines and paper based. Duties include: * Carry out installations of bulk material handling plants, equipment. * Carry out servicing for grain driers and grain handling equipment as well as trouble shoot and assess faults on bulk handling machinery. * Erection of supporting steel work. * Carry out repairs to damaged equipment. * Prepare and submit detailed job sheets to allow any further works to be assessed. * Attending sites throughout the UK, mainly South West.Essential: * Full UK Driving licence. * Happy to work away from home occasionally during the week and at weekends. * Good Health & Safety sense. * Comfortable working at heights.* Some hands on mechanical experience Advantageous: * Knowledge of mechanical engineering and qualification in mechanical engineering* Welding experience * Knowledge of bulk material handling and drying* Knowledge of steel erecting* IPAF / PASMA trained* CSCS CardFull training will be given to the suitable candidate.
