Job Description

Brand Marketing ExecutiveAre youaSenior Marketing Executive with a strong Brand campaign background (either in house or Agency) We have a superb opportunity within one of Devons most successful owner-managed businesses as part of their in house, full service marketing department. Working within the marketing team you will develop and market an extensive client basesbrand identity, managing 4-5 campaigns simultaneously.You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of campaign activities to grow supplier brand sales and awareness, taking into account key selling seasons for styles and brands.Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver market leading supplier brand marketing campaigns online and offline to achieve objectives set by the Campaigns Team Manager/business/supplier brands
  • Co-ordinate project / task delivery and timescales with the wider marketing team members to deliver the supplier brands marketing plan for the year
  • Create post campaign analysis reports and campaign analysis to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns, and identify opportunities of improvement and development
  • Effectively project manage a number of marketing tasks in tandem, meeting key deadlines and be able to seamlessly work between projects (including budget management)
  • Manage the ideas, sourcing and distribution of Sales Team collateral from supplier brands, including samples
  • Brief and work with the design teams (internal and external) to create supplier brand campaigns for online (social, website, email and online communications) as well as offline.
  • Assist with the social media presence and feed supplier brand activity into the agreed plan, maintaining and updating accordingly in line with the companys and supplier brands guidelines
  • Undertake continuous analysis of the market trends and competitor activity to stay abreast of the competition
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all campaigns and activity to then present performance back to the management team with trends, observations and suggestions
  • Create and nurture relationships with our supplier brands to optimise marketing budgets and offer creative marketing solutions
Preferred Skills:
  • A marketing qualification or 3-4 years relevant marketing experience (Agency or In House)
  • Can demonstrate an understanding of the key elements of brand creation from positioning, architecture, naming and logo creation
  • Evidence of the ability to deliver inventive campaigns and creative which is on brief and on message
  • Inventive copywriting and proof-reading with strong command of English grammar and spelling.
  • Proven experience in brand campaign planning and budget management
  • Experience of DotDigital or similar email creation and scheduling platforms desirable.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and Google analytics.
