Job Description

Travel ConsultantThis successful luxury travel company are leaders in bespoke and educational travel. They currently have a vacancy for a Travel Consultant to join their vibrant team in this varied role.Travel Consultant Role and Responsibilities

Create detailed quotes and itineraries to Greece, Italy and Turkey
Check all booking confirmations
Responding to queries by email and phone
Book hotels and flights
Checking invoices, work with accounts to check payments to suppliers are made
Manage queries after the booking has been made

24 hour Duty phone cover (1 week in 7 weeks)

Travel Consultant Skills and Experience Required

Travel industry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working office365
Personal experience of travelling to Greece, Italy and Turkey
Good customer service background
Able to work as part of a busy team, while confident to use your own initiative

Travel Consultant Additional Information

Full driving license essential due to location
Salary circa £25,000
Monday to Friday 0900 - 1730 plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
Fully remote working possible after training
