Quality Engineer Up to £40,000Yolk Recruitment is thrilled to be spearheading the search for a seasoned Quality Engineer to join a dynamic team at our cutting-edge Factory site in Swansea. As a pivotal member of our organisation, you will collaborate closely with all company functions,ensuring seamless coordination of activities in post-market surveillance. If youre a Quality Engineer with a knack for continuous improvement and a passion for excellence, this is the role for you!This is what youll be doing as a Quality Engineer:

Gather consumer feedback/complaints from distributors and partners related to Quality, Performance, and Safety.
Analyse trends in consumer feedback/complaints.
Develop and take ownership of a comprehensive database.
Create and uphold relevant quality instructions, specifications, and standards.
Maintain all necessary records and performance indicators, analysing data to drive quality improvement.

And this is what youll need:

Proficient in orchestrating continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance as perceived by customers and consumers.
Post market surveillance to include customer/ consumer warranty, HRCs is essential for this role.
Seasoned in adhering to ISO 9001/13485 quality system standards within a manufacturing setting.
Possesses a solid grasp of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Working within an electronics background would be advantageous.
