Title: Project Analyst - Planning, Budgeting & Reporting projectSEOLocation: Croydon/Remote workingDirectorate: Finance and Business Services/HRDuration: 6 MonthsA minimum of thirty hours per week can be considered for this role. BPSS Required Role purpose This role is key to the implementation of a planning, budgeting and forecasting tool, Anaplan, in HM Land Registry. The Project Analyst will, with support from the Anaplan implementation support team, build, test and deploy models in Anaplan that support the business. This role will contribute to the project successfully delivering high quality information plus planning and data analysis tools that will be used to help senior managers make well informed, evidenced-based decisions. It includes undertaking activities that are related to and support the development and testing of the models, the understanding of user requirements and the deployment of the models, to ensure successful delivery. Main dutiesAs a Project Analyst in the project team for the planning, budgeting and forecasting tool you will have responsibility for delivering the Strategic Workforce Planning model.The Project Analyst will be required to work alongside the implementation consultants while also engaging in a close relationship with SMEs and other users to fully understand and interpret requirements and to achieve the best outcomes for HM Land Registry. The Project Analyst will undertake the following duties for the assigned delivery workstream:Work closely with the implementation partner in building the assigned models and reports, utilising the partners expertise and advice to guide development;Liaise with and advise stakeholders, SMEs and other users while delivering models/reports, taking responsibility for ensuring products meet requirements and achieve SME and senior sign-off;Keep all stakeholders and project team members regularly updated with progress and prepare and present material to all levels of stakeholders, as required, during implementation;Gain a thorough understanding of the build, configuration and data aspects of the assigned models and ensure these are fully documented;Assist with developing or amending processes which utilise the new models and reports and document these.The Project Analyst will also assist with the following duties:Build capability in the organisation through co-ordination, development and delivery of training material and courses that build understanding of the use of and outputs from the models;Support chart of accounts and configuration activities;Support the project team with other duties as necessary, including reconciliation activities.This post reports to the Functional Delivery Lead for this project.
