Flexible - Croydon, London or Sittingbourne, KentWhat youll doDo you have in-depth knowledge of HR reporting, data analysis and creating innovative and meaningful reports If so, join Optivos People Team as our People Data Analyst. Were on a mission to make data easy to understand, accessible and drive evidence-based decision making.Youll act as the first point of contact for all data requests from the People Team, develop reports and dashboards to translate raw data into easy to understand and useful information. Youll illustrate trends and relationships between data sets using visualisationsand reporting software to really tell the story behind the numbers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring connections are made across a wide range of people, including people metrics and KPIs.Youll own our reporting process, ensuring data is accurate, appropriately analysed and available at regular intervals to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders as well as managing ad hoc requests.What youll needYoull have good knowledge of HR systems (preferably ResourceLink), advanced knowledge of data extraction, analysis and reporting from systems. Youll have the ability to code in SQL and develop dashboards and other data visualisations using a range of softwareincluding Cognos and Tableau.Youll have advanced excel skills and be able to use a range of tools, such as pivot tables and Vlookups, to manage large volumes of raw data and perform insightful analysis and calculation.Whats in it for you
