The successful candidate must be available to work on a call out rota and be willing to travel throughout our south west portfolio. The base location for this role is our site at Croydon in South London.As our Field Service Technician, you will provide a regional maintenance service, with a focus on attending unscheduled breakdown of the Landfill Gas (LFG) and Anaerobic Digestion (AD) utilisation equipment. You will provide a regional 24/7 service to reset, restart or repair assets when they cannot be restarted remotely, as part of an on-call rota.You will ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in an accurate and efficient manner and maintain accurate records of all tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.To succeed as one of our Field Service Technicians, you must be proactive and creative, an excellent problem solver and able to use initiative when working in collaboration with the Engineering, Operations and Asset Optimisation teams. You will assist in the development and implementation of maintenance routines, procedures and best practice.Our ideal Field Service Technician will have:
