You will be responsible for helping our customers in their hour of need when they suffer incidents such as a burst pipe, broken boiler oreven a leaking roof! Using your strong organisational skills you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to gather all the relevant information to appoint the relevant contractor to address necessary repairs.This is a great opportunity to use your excellent communication skills to keep your customer informed but also being comfortable having those difficult conversations (not every eventually is covered!).Office Life: We have a great inclusive, diverse and supportive environment at Allianz Partners.
