Job Description

Do you have experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Do you get a real buzz from helping those in need of your help and guidance Then we need you on our team!Our close knit, friendly and hardworking Home Assistance Team is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join them. You will be responsible for helping our customers in their hour of need when they suffer incidents such as a burst pipe, broken boiler oreven a leaking roof! Using your strong organisational skills you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to gather all the relevant information to appoint the relevant contractor to address necessary repairs.This is a great opportunity to use your excellent communication skills to keep your customer informed but also being comfortable having those difficult conversations (not every eventually is covered!).Office Life: We have a great inclusive, diverse and supportive environment at Allianz Partners. Being part of an outstanding customer focussed organisation respecting others is what makes us one big happy family!Hours: This position is based on a 35-hour week and will include working weekends and bank holidays, covering shifts between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday & Sunday between 7am and 6pm.   • Handle all in and outbound calls in a helpful, polite and professional way
  • Provide proactive solutions to our customers
  • Monitor all aspects of the task to ensure all services are provided at the agreed time and customers are kept fully appraised of the progress
  • To ensure all product and technical knowledge is applied at every opportunity
  • Handle all regulated complaints within the FCA complaint guidelines
About you:
  • You will have a good level of general education, including Maths & English GCSE or equivalent
  • You must have experience in a role where you have provided a high level of customer service to the public
  • You will have the ability to effectively manage multiple cases
  • Youre able to show empathy and remain calm in a pressurised environment
  • You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts
  • You will have a strong grasp of IT - Word, Excel, Outlook and databases
