� Full-Time Year 1 Class Teacher Location: South Croydon� Primary School Long-Term Role with a View to Secure Permanent PositionReeson Education is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Year 1 Class Teacher to join a warm and vibrant primary school in South Croydon in April 2024. This role offers a long-term position, with the potentialfor the right candidate to secure a permanent role within the school community.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the Year 1 curriculum.
  • Use innovative teaching methods to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, promoting student well-being and development.
  • Regularly assess and track students progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to create a cohesive and supportive school community.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 1, with a particular focus on Year 1.
  • Strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and enriching learning atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the broader school community and promoting a positive educational experience.
