Business Support Officer (Benefits Management)Do you want to work as part of the Transformation Directorate, providing business support for the benefit management team As the Benefits Executive Officer, you will support the benefits management team to further develop and sustain benefits management capability across the complex Portfolio of change as well as the wider organisation.Business Support Officer Responsibilities:Your role will actively create, maintain and develop the team’s processes and documentation and ensure that they are kept up-to-date and stored in a structured way. You will be responsible for supporting the development of additional material required, such as training presentations.You will provide support and administration of the risks, issues and dependencies for the benefits management team, whilst championing best practice on all benefits management activities within programmes and workstreams. You will also document meetings with key stakeholders to support identification of opportunities and to drive forward benefits realisation.If you do not hold the below qualification, we will support you with this:APMG Managing Benefits FoundationBusiness Support Officer Requirements:In order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Benefit Management across a Transformation Portfolio. You will be well organised and have business support experience and be used to working across a wide range of stakeholders.You will have experience of documenting team risks, issues and dependencies. You will be used to preparing reports, providing ideas on how to make improvements.
