Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant you will be working alongside the classroom teacher on a daily basis. You will work with pupils on 1:1 basis as well as on a generic level. Some pupils may need extra assistance due to their behavior and academic abilities in andout of the classroom. Assistance will be at reach from the other members in the department with strong knowledge and blended skills it will be beneficial for your CPD in your career.The school needs a SEN Assistant who has a history of setting high expectations for both themselves and their pupils and seeing them through with the guidance and coaching needed. You will have the spark of imagination necessary to work closely with pupils,who are constantly evolving and learning with real creativity and flare.As a SEN Assistant you will have the drive to assist the classroom teacher bringing clarity and efficiency lessons and deal with challenging situations with ease. You will be easily approachable and have a confident yet calm aura.
