Job Description

  • Become an expert on maintaining our CRM system - Trello
  • Learn how to engage and build relationships with our customers while developing an understanding of their needs and providing solutions to challenges
  • Develop an understanding of our programmes and coordinate the smooth on-boarding of clients
  • Learn how to resolve issues for clients by addressing any issues or challenges that clients may encounter, working collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions promptly
  • Liaising with Channel Support to resolve customer issues or queries
  • Monitor the performance of resellers within our programmes, analysing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
What we are looking for:

  • Keen to be involved and desire to learn, grow and develop
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Reliable, dependable, and quick to build relationships with people
Salary:£18,500 per annum. Salary increases depending on performance.Working week:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 30 min lunch break.Benefits:
