This is an excellent opportunity to display your communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties:

• Ability to work / handle large volumes of cash / coin.
• Ability to work with staff and clients at all levels in the Trust.
• Word processing /producing reports/working on computer systems.
• Input, manipulation and retrieval of financial data into computer databases and spreadsheets, where speed and accuracy are necessary.
• Sorting and responding to mail/emails as appropriate.
• Arrange appointments/meetings as requested.
• Maintain Filing System.
• General office duties such as photocopying/faxing/ scanning.

To be eligible for this role, you will hold:

• An HNC/D (finance related) or equivalent plus 1 years suitable relevant experience in a finance department.
• NVQ level 3 plus 2 years suitable relevant experience in a finance department.
• 4 years recent suitable relevant experience in a finance department at Band 3 or equivalent.

It will be highly advantageous for candidates to have a working knowledge of Excel and Word, and previous experience in an administration role.The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and in return you will be paid £12.25 per hour.
