Job Description

Would you like to work for a growing Procurement team Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Officer. The successful candidate will play an important role which is critical for an effective procurement service managing projects of medium value, supporting large and complex projects.You will be responsible for providing expert information and advice on aspects of procurement processes internally and externally.Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement for projects of medium to high value.

Support Procurement Business Partners with projects of high value and complexity.

Proactively work with Procurement Business Partners, Stakeholders and Suppliers to determine innovative and appropriate ways of undertaking future procurement.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure Procurement activity meets business needs, providing objective advice and guidance.

Ensure all Procurement activities and outcomes are accurately maintained and recorded.

Experience Required:

Knowledge of the Procurement process.

Thorough knowledge of one or more categories.

Knowledge of managing end-to-end Procurement process.

Working knowledge of high value and complex projects.
