Job Description

The Leader Group are currently recruiting Residential support workers in Cromer. This is a permanent position working long days and there are sleep ins (4-6 per month) An average rota is 2-3 shifts per week.We need strong willed, resilient, nurturing people that are patient and able to give the young people a happy, fulfilled and nurtured home life.You will need -

  • Current/Valid Right to Work in the UK
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Experience of working in a Support role (Childrens Residential (preferred), Adult Support (considered)
  • Level 3 or above in "Children & Young People in Residential Care" (desirable)
As a Residential support worker you will be responsible for the health and well being of children & Young people aged 8-18 that have Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs.A challenging yet rewarding role where you will be responsible for- Setting boundaries- Providing a nurturing home environment- Reporting and recording- Creating activities and having fun!Here are some of the benefits for working with us:-
