Job Description

Are you an experienced property professional whos looking for the next step up in your careerWeve taken on a fantastic opportunity with our clients, well-established Estate Agents in Norfolk who are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their busy team in North Norfolk.This is a great opportunity thats not to be missed!Key tasks of a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Listing and selling
  • Management of staff
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
  • Team meetings
  • Setting KPIs
Ideally, our clients are looking for a Branch Manager who has the following attributes:
  • Experience in Sales and/or Lettings
  • Managerial experience
  • Hard-working and driven
  • Able to motivate a team
  • Great customer service skills
Working hours:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays (day off in lieu for every Saturday you work)
  • 37.5 hours per week
In return, our client is offering the successful Branch Manager the following:
  • Basic £22,000 - £30,000
  • OTE £40,000 - £44,000
  • Career progression
  • Car allowance or company car
