Single Point of Access Team Leader Are you passionate about improving the health of Norfolk families through innovation and improving quality and access to Children’s Services in Norfolk Could you rise to the challenge of leading the team and further developing innovation and the interface with Just One NorfolkWe are seeking a highly motivated practitioner to provide operational management and leadership to the Healthy Child Programme 0-19 team within the Single Point of Access (Just One Number). You will be expected to work closely with the Service lead, Clinical/Safeguarding Lead and Co-Ordinator to ensure the delivery of a high quality, efficient and effective service, meeting all objectives and key performance indicators. You will also be expected to liaise with partner agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement robust processes between the Single Point of Access, Just One Norfolk and the locality teams, ensuring a streamlined service delivery.Our aim is to ensure the children and young people living in Norfolk have every opportunity to achieve their full potential. This payment will be deducted from their first month’s salary unless a longer pay back period is agreed with the appointing manager.This will not apply to successful applicants who are registered with the DBS Update Service and in possession of the disclosure certificate, for whom an online status check will be undertaken.
