Single Point of Access Administrator We’re passionate about ensuring Norfolk children have the best start in life.We’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic people to join our administrators at our Single Point of Access based in Cringleford.With excellent communication and customer service skills, you’ll be looking for a challenging and exciting role in a fast paced, friendly environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll help ensure children, young people and families speak to the right person, in the right place at the right time.With previous experience in an administrative role, you’ll enjoy working flexibly as part of a team and be comfortable using your own initiative. You’ll also be able to demonstrate empathy and show respect for other people’s feelings, including in stressful situations.Normal shift patterns will be a combination of 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9.00 - 1.00pm Saturdays on a rotational basis.Full and part time vacancies available.
