Service Redesign Project ManagerBand 6Salary £31,365 - £37,890 per annum pro rataFull Time 37.5hrs per weekDo you want to help make a difference to community health services Are you keen to be part of a dynamic, friendly and ambitious team And work for an organisation recently rated as ‘Outstanding’We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has experience in project management, excellent relationship management skills, an eye for detail and strong problem solving skills and knowledge.The successful candidate will join our talented Service Redesign Team working in partnership with clinical and operational colleagues in designing, implementing and evaluating changes to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of our community health services.This role will be based in Norfolk and primarily focused on the transformation of services in our Norfolk 0-19 Healthy Child service.Our Norfolk Healthy Child programme service has been at the forefront of designing and implementing transformation to improve the experience and outcomes of children, young people and their families. This innovative service is ambitious about the difference the service can make to the community and requires colleagues to have a flexible, dynamic positive approach to work, be highly organised and approach obstacles in a creative and constructive manner.Alongside working with local services this role will involve coaching and training colleagues on process improvement, project and change management.
