Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement, whilst acting as Named Nurse for your own portfolio of service users.Where you’ll workCavell Court is an 80-bed care home in Cringleford, just a few miles from Norwich. The home provides a range of round-the-clock care services and every aspect of the home is designed to ensure that residents continue to enjoy a fulfilling life.Who you areAn NMC Registered Nurse you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools.
