Digital Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Norwich, NorfolkSalary: £22.5k - £25k per annum (DOE) + Quarterly bonuses (uncapped)Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm & Fridays 8am to 1pmStudioworx is looking for a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join its expanding team in its Norwich-based office.As an online marketplace veteran, Studioworx has been helping businesses to boost their online potential for 15 years. It offers a wide range of services including web design, marketing, print, development and retail consultation.Having evolved with the market, Studioworx is now certified in the use of some of the leading eCommerce platforms on the market.This multi-award-winning organisation is on the crest of major expansion, and is looking forward to an exciting period of growth - now is the best time to join this dynamic and innovative agency, and be an integral part of the wave of development that iscoming.As the team expands, there is scope for career progression to help develop, manage and grow the Marketing team.About the RoleThis role is suitable for someone who has experience working within a digital agency, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and creating successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.Experience within an e-Commerce agency isnt essential but will be considered an advantage. Knowledge of campaign management, SEO, PPC and Google analytics is essential.The role also offers the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on hitting targets and maintaining retained revenue.Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage successful marketing campaigns for existing, new and lapsed customers.
  • Managing customer PPC and SEO objectives
  • Development of campaign strategy
  • Customer website auditing and reports
  • Google Shopping consult and advice
  • Assist with internal marketing campaigns and analytics
  • Content creation for customer services, news and products
  • Keyword and phrase research for development of targeted search strategies
  • Helping to develop and manage customer and internal social media objectives.
About YouThe successful candidate will have experience within an agency and a passion for eCommerce and digital marketing. This is a progressive role and would suit someone passionate and ambitious who is looking to grow with the company.You should be highly organised, able to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and have experience in dealing with various levels of management in SMEs and large corporations.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role is essential.
  • Experience working in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment is desirable.
  • Marketing qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of PPC, SEO and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of Google analytics
  • Ability to extract insights and recommendations from data such as Google Analytics, presenting findings and utilising strong communication and client management skills.
  • Excellent at project managing and delivering on objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical and able to develop and utilise reporting.
  • Confident and effective communicator.
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Provide ideas for improving ROI metrics and brands growth
Terms
  • Salary: £22.5k - £25k per annum (DOE) + Quarterly bonuses (uncapped).
  • Hours: Mon-Thurs 8am - 5.00pm, Fri 8am-1pm.
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Start date: ASAP.
