Artwork AdministratorLocation: Cringleford, near Norwich, NorfolkSalary: £21,000 per annumContract: Permanent, Full TimeHours: Mon-Thurs, 8 - 5, Fridays 8 - 1Founded in the UK in 1999, Schofield Publishing currently produces nine business-to-business magazines that are distributed throughout Great Britain, Europe, the US and the rest of the world, both in print and digitally. Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Constructionand Food/Beverage are some of the sectors covered in the publications.Due to expansion, the business is currently looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic Artwork Administrator for the production department.Based in the office near Norwich in Norfolk (hybrid office/home working option available following successful completion of training), the Artwork Administrator will be responsible for copy chasing via email and telephone and continuously updating and monitoringprogress spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, always working to tight deadlines.The candidate must be very organised and be able to communicate effectively over the telephone. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required, plus ideally some experience in Photoshop as the Administrator will be required to check copy/artworkwhen received and distribute to relevant staff members.
