ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE Our client is an aircraft seating manufacturing business, they are currently looking for ongoing full time assembly operatives to join their busy and vibrant team. They pride themselves on delivering best quality products and passenger comfort.Location: Crick, NorthamptonshireSalary: £11.50ph This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, award winning and high growth business as an assembly operative and continue to develop your career, Reporting into the Production Supervisor and working within the Assembly Team you will build and assemblethe companys products to the required standards and to our build targets through the application of company processes and procedures.Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills
Relevant experience in either a Production Operator Role or similar factory/Industrial based role in a lean manufacturing environment desirable
Machine operative experience also may be accepted
Good Physical fitness and dexterity
Basic IT skills desirable
Confident using tools to assemble the aircraft chairs
Calm methodical team approach to engineering and problem solving
Disciplined but practical approach to processes and procedures

Shift pattern:Monday to Thursday07.30 -16.00Friday07.30 - 13.00
