Job Description

***Required: A new Registered Manager to work for my client***If youve got a background in managing a elderly care home then you could be exactly what theyre looking for.Interested Then read on...----Tell me more about the role...You will be primarily responsible for running a 15 bed elderly care home.Youll report to the Area Manager and will be tasked with the following:

  • Managing the staff in the care home
  • Ensuring CQC and safeguarding is achieved
  • Ensuring the health, and well being of the service users
  • Ensuring all support and care plans are up-to-date----What experience do I needMy client wants someone whos got a background in managing a elderly care home.Theyll also need you to have experience of working to CQC standards and putting together care plans.In addition, youll need a NVQ level 3 - and ideally through your NVQ level 5 and a vaccination certificate.Youll also need to be the following:
  • A natural leader
  • Naturally caring
  • Enthusiastic and take pride in your workIf youve got all of that, then you could be perfect for this Registered Manager role and wed love to see your CV.Please note: Youll need a full driving licence for this position. Please do not apply if you do not have one.----What can I earnThis Registered Manager position offers a basic salary between £32,000 - £35,000 per annum.In addition youll get other benefits which include the following:
