Packing Team Leader Crediton, DevonSalary £32,500 to £37,000 depending on experienceFull Time 37.5hrs/wk on alternating shift patterns, Monday to Friday Our client is looking for a Manager with experience of working in an energetic packing environment and practised people management skills!THE ROLEAs Team Leader, you will have split responsibility for directly managing a packing department. Managing and supported by Senior Operators, you will manage a shift comprising of 5 packing lines and up to 30 Operators, in order to achieve packing schedules targets, whilst driving compliance in safety, quality and sustainability.
