Tired of not being appreciated Current job become mundane Truly looking for a job that will excite you when you wake upLooking for a career progression role where you can settle long term or a Care Manager or Deputy Care Manager needing a change then please take the time to apply as this could be the job you have been searching for.Our client is a Learning Disabilities and Autism service provider, they now require an experienced Registered Service Manager.One service is a 9 acre farm with conservation area, orchard and barns with farm house which is registered for five individuals.There is a detached annex which has the flexibility of being a space for either an individual with high needs and high staffing levels or for an individual taking the step to supported living.It is the base for the horticultural day service which individuals from all three of the homes can access as well as activities such as Art, Aromatherapy, Baking, Drama and Music.The other service is a bespoke built residential care home which opened in 2017.It is registered for six individuals.All the individuals that reside at this service will have access to all the day servicesThis is truly a special opportunity to be given your chance to prove yourself and make your mark and be noticed. They can provide many examples and successes of how they would develop their new registered managers.The ideal candidate as a Learning Disabilities Registered Service Manager could be.
  • The candidate may have extensive care experience ideally as a Registered Managers in the Mental Health or LD sector
  • A natural leader who has empathy at the heart of all they do.
  • Commercial awareness and able to demonstrate financial acumen for business growth
  • Challenging Behaviour Experienced
  • CQC regulations knowledge and the ability to uphold at all times
  • Standards of care the foundation of what you believe, to never compromise your standard so the highest of standards are achieved by all.
  • A person of vision who once given direction and unconditional support has the inner self-motivation to never lose sight of their goals.
  • Ideally holds an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or have an existing equivalent Management qualification.
The following gives you a snapshot of the role of Learning Disabilities Registered Service Manager.
  • Working closely with the Director and Business Manager to continue the growth and development of a high quality care service for people in the local area.
  • Recruiting and training carers.
  • Converting new client enquiries and coordinating staffing rotas.
  • Care planning and conducting risk assessments ensuring compliance to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing a team, making sure that exceptional service is delivered to our clients and workloads are managed accordingly.
  • Ensuring successful operation of quality control systems and performing quality assurance visits for clients.
  • Continually reviewing and improving our processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is always being delivered.
  • Promoting a positive culture in line with the companys ethos and values.
