Job Description

My client is urgently looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join a busy but friendly team within a large and well established services company based in Bournemouth.

  • Finance processing of sales invoices and sales ledger, credit control.
  • Processing of supplier invoices and purchase ledger, preparation of supplier payments.
  • Updating of cash-flow forecast.
  • Ad-hoc office administration tasks as required.
  • Key Skills:
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Professionalism and strong work ethic
  • Personable, with good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Organisational skills:
  • Adaptable "Cando" attitude.
  • Were looking for a full-time finance assistant to join a buzzing team.
  • Ideally, youll have some previous office and/or finance experience, but what we are really looking for is someone who will bring energy, positivity and an eye for detail to the role.
