Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Redbridge, LondonGraduate Teaching AssistantAre you passionate about Education and working with children Would you like to expand your experience as a graduate teaching assistant before completing your teacher trainingA popular and supportive primary school in Redbridge, London is currently recruiting for a teaching assistant to join them on a full time contract for 1 academic year.** Full Time (Monday to Friday 8:30am-4pm)** September 2020 Start** 1 Year Long Term Contract** £70-£90 per day** Excellent education and training The school is close to a local tube station and the TFL rail. There is also parking available for those who drive!The appointed graduate would be working alongside the class teacher and helping the children with their learning. You will need to encouraging, supportive and have good communication skills.This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their experience within education prior to becoming a fully qualified Primary Teacher.A graduate with a degree graded 2:1 or above is ideal for this role and a graduate with some previous experience working with children is desirable.

  • Previous experience working with children in a Teaching Assistant /tutoring
  • Good education background (minimum of C in GCSE English and Maths)
  • Can commit to minimum 1 full academic year (from September 2020 to July 2021)
