Sales Media - B2B- Malaysia & Surrounding AreasExceptional opportunity to work with an acclaimed industry leader. You will be working for an International brand, one of the most successful names in the sector, in one of the worlds most desirable locations.This Business Development Manager appointment is based in Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding region, furnishing comprehensive, integrated media solutions for web ad, print, digital, and broadcast radio/web/streaming.The client offers an impressive relocation package which includes flights and free accommodation. The successful candidate will further benefit from unparalleled professional training. Successful candidates have previously come from sectors which include Energy and Solar sales, Advertising sales, Merchant sales and door to door.This sales role first year OTE is an attainable £75,000 and commissions are without ceiling. High performing Business Development Managers who outperform targets will earn much more.The client is seeking steadfast sales professionals willing to commit to an already highly acknowledged team, with a view to complimenting their continued growth and success. You must demonstrate an ability to grasp enhanced professionalskills quickly in order to progress.Engaged as part of a dynamic team, the role will encompass:

  • B2B sales with focus on senior decision makers in Europe, Middle East and Asia
  • Sales renewals and up-selling existing accounts
  • Controlling costs of sales and equipping before and after sales technicians to position innovated products such as custom content or broadcast video solutions.
  • Providing mobile content consumption with focus on sales renewals and increased revenue via new streaming channels.
  • Omni channel marketing, offering effective solutions and services adapting effectively to execute more complex sales.
  • Fervent working environment means you will embrace new challenges in order to succeed.
  • You will be working alongside the Industries best performers so achieving expected targets is essential.
  • Interacting and presenting to clients in real-time interface in order to close new business.
Requirements for the role:
  • A B2B or B2C sales background with a proven track record in closing new business.
  • Previous experience in media isnt essential, success motivated individuals with suitable experience in sales will also be considered.
  • Strong presentation skills and confident in your ability to close new business and be consistent.
  • Team player, capable in forging relationships, highly competent.
  • Must be able to close business naturally and constantly demonstrate this.
  • Have a genuine desire to succeed when closing business.
  • Be able to get results under pressure and learn at dynamic pace.
  • Conscientious in attaining new goals and completing rigorous company training programmes.
