Job Description

Job Title- Support Services AssistantLocation- StirlingSalary- £21,000Full TimeThis is a Permanent Position.Cordant People currently have a great opportunity to join our Client based in Stirling as a Support Services Assistant.This is an Admin based, Front of House role where you will provide comprehensive support to the Support Services Director, supporting all aspects of the Office Management Responsibilities.Key Responsibilities-

  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls and welcoming guests.
  • Support the Executive Assistants, as required
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Admin procedures and systems.
  • Manage meeting rooms and diary management.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Arrange catering and assist in managing events.
  • Manage postage, stationery and printer supplies.
  • Assist with ICT queries, as required.
  • Ensure Office refreshment supplies are replenished.
  • Contribute and/or manage ad-hoc projects, as required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; proactively resolve questions and issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Track record of identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Excellent attention to detail together with strong numeracy, verbal and written communication.
  • Evidence of delivering a high standard of work.
  • Proven ability of working independently and contributing positively in a team environment.
  • High technical ability across all Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Responsibility for complete and accurate documentation and filing.
