Job Description

Plant Process Operator /Mossmorrann Fife / £31,000- £33,000Temporary ContractJob Summary:Aa a Plant/Process Operator in Paisley you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. Key responsibilities include safety compliance, equipment surveillance, emergency response, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with contractors for a safe work environment.
Participate in emergency response activities.
Coordinate with Systems Completion team during start-up and commissioning.
Review work packages for planned maintenance, endorse work permits.
Encourage teamwork between Maintenance and Operations.
Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
Perform physical tasks and minor equipment maintenance.
Ensure quality control of end products.

Ideal Person

Strong knowledge of production operations and processes.
Ability to read P&IDs, PFDs, and UFDs.
High safety, health, and environmental standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of emergency preparedness procedures.
Knowledge of safety management tools and processes.
Familiarity with Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS) and Production Operations Best Practices (POBP)/Planning & Budgeting (P&B) processes.
Forklift driver (desirable)

Cherry picker/scissor lift/MEWP driver (desirable)
