A leading global automaker and provider of innovative mobility solutions are currently looking to recruit a key account executive to work 37.5 hours per week for approximately 2 months on a flexible hybrid basis working in the office 2/3 days per week andhome working.Pay Rate: £17.00 per hourPrimary Role: Digital administration of F2ML website - understanding of the back office (CMS) to upload offers and content correctly and accurately. Liaising with Paris (Head Office) to integrate all digital evolutions, including facilitationof lead management and forms to ensure these reach their correct destination. Reporting on digital website (Google Analytics) performance.Role Profile: Updating all new model offers on the website and creating new offers.Liaising with our legal partners to agree latest terms and conditions for publishing new offers (legal disclaimers)Recording all Financial offers of F2ML & our brand partner F2ML offers in our Financial Promotions Register (legal requirement)Updating and creating new website content, pages, privacy policy and cookie policy etcProviding reporting on all key website metrics for a management report (Goggle Analytics) and key website evolutionsAttending a central meeting to collate vital new digital actions and planning for their timely implementation.Candidate Profile: It is vital at the very least that the candidate has experience of back office website systems and the maintenance of websites and performance reporting. Specifically our back office is called Symphony - the website backoffice system for updating / amending the website.
