Job Description

Visualisation ManagerAutomotiveWarwickA Visualisation Manager is required to join a Coventry based OEM. The UK facility is leading the development of new vehicle designs and assisting the parent company with the development of a coherent design language across product ranges.The Visualisation lead will contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of a world class UK Design Operation.Whats in it for you

As Visualisation Manager - you will be required to;
  • Lead the Visualisation activities on UK based programmes. Workload planning, 2D and 3D rendering, Animations, film making, Virtual review data preparation.
  • Manage the UK Visualisation team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering and IT teams to develop the VR capabilities and process.
  • Develop the in-house visualisation capability in the UK and contribute towards the development of the global visualisation capability and strategy.
  • Lead the development of UK visualisation standards and methodology.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee storyboarding for film making with Design leaders.
  • Lead the production of films for internal and external use.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the involvement of 3 rd parties in the development of Design films.
As Visualisation Manager - you will have;
  • Degree qualified or equivalent with proven experience in automotive visualisation
  • Demonstrates depth of knowledge in a relevant technical speciality. Visualisation/VR/photo real rendering/Film making/Animation
  • A good working knowledge of digital surfacing and Design process
  • Ability to own & lead visualisation process for the UK team
  • Ability to define and develop visualisation operations and processes. From initial concept through to final release
  • Excellent communicator, with an eye for detail
  • Expert knowledge of primary visualisation tools. VRED/Unreal/Maya
  • High sensitivity to design quality
